A WEB DEVELOPER WHO DESIGNS AND BUILDS WITH SIMPLICITY AND PURPOSE
I first discovered web development in 2021 through a bootcamp ad. Though I knew nothing about coding at the time, I was instantly drawn in and soon immersed myself in the world of front-end development and UX/UI design. I went on to earn certificates in Front-End Web Development (SheCodes) and UX Design (Coursera), and later completed Zero to Mastery’s full-stack development course on Udemy to deepen my understanding of JavaScript and back-end fundamentals. Soon after, I gained hands-on experience as a web development intern at Push10, a design agency.
Today, I’m a web developer at LMU Loyola Law School, where I help faculty, staff, and students strengthen their online presence — everything from maintenance and troubleshooting to building new sites and features in Drupal, WordPress, and TerminalFour. In this role, I've also earned a ScrumMaster certification to improve team workflows, sprint planning, and project management.

LMU Loyola Law School
As the primary developer on a two-person team, I build and maintain 25 sites across Drupal, WordPress, and TerminalFour — partnering with faculty, staff, and students to plan, design, and launch digital solutions that enhance user experience and accessibility. I built the custom LMU WordPress theme, co-built a Node.js/React app on AWS that delivers a shared header and footer across our sites, and rebuilt the LLS Tech site, resulting in a 40% increase in traffic.
I’ve also developed Drupal tools like an Anonymous Submission Tool and a Campus Directory that syncs ~200 profiles daily, integrated SSO and TouchNet payments, and rolled out Siteimprove across all 25 sites. Currently, I’m leading our Drupal 11 upgrades and creating Loom tutorials and how-to guides that help our campus community manage their own content.

Built custom WordPress content blocks with PHP, SCSS, and JavaScript, translating Figma designs into responsive, production-ready components. Maintained and debugged existing client sites, and led cross-device QA for Amberton University’s site redesign, ensuring every build was responsive and aligned precisely with design specifications.

LMU Loyola Law School
I led the redesign and rebuild of the law school’s technology help site in WordPress, working with stakeholders from planning through launch. I reorganized the navigation around what faculty, staff, and students look for most and added a filterable Classrooms page so users can find room technology at a glance. Since the relaunch, site traffic has increased by 40%.

LMU Loyola Law School
I built a custom WordPress theme that brings consistent LMU branding to Loyola Law School’s WordPress sites, so each site shares the same look and structure while serving its own audience. The Loyola Law Review site is one of the sites built on the theme.
As one of my final major projects at Push10, I contributed to the redesign of Amberton University's website. I began by assisting with the development of modular content blocks and later transitioned into a quality assurance role—testing and reviewing the site across various devices and screen sizes to confirm responsive functionality and design accuracy.
Smartbrain detects faces in images right in the browser. Users can input the URL of a photo containing one or more people, and the app highlights each detected face in real time. Originally built on the Clarifai API, it now runs on Google’s MediaPipe after Clarifai shut down in 2026 — removing the need for a backend or API key and adding clear loading and error states.
A playful, filterable directory of robot profiles—each with human-like names, email addresses, and contact details. Users can search in real time to quickly locate specific robots, demonstrating dynamic rendering, search functionality, and responsive UI design.
This app lets users check current weather conditions and the forecast for any city worldwide. By integrating with a weather API, it delivers real-time data based on user input and highlights form handling, API integration, and clean, responsive interface design.
UX/UI Design Projects
A mobile-first cooking app designed for kids, combining playful visuals with intuitive user experience. The project, titled Carrots, went through two rounds of usability testing to refine its design. All wireframes and high-fidelity mockups were created in Figma and adapted for mobile, tablet, and desktop screens to ensure a fully responsive experience.
BoutiqueApp offers a clean, user-friendly design focused on a seamless checkout experience. Created with Figma, the mockups feature a simple color palette and clear, intuitive buttons that guide users confidently through navigation and purchasing.
A desktop-first design created in Adobe XD, PetConnect enables users to browse available pets and schedule visits to meet their favorites. The interface offers clear navigation and comprehensive pet details tailored to potential adopters. Through multiple rounds of usability testing, the design was iterated to address user pain points and enhance overall experience.
